ABM is seeking a reliable Floor Tech Lead to maintain carpet and hard surface floors for the Union Depot location in Spokane, WA. This role is night shift with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour and a 32–40 hour workweek.

The position is eligible for ABM's benefits package and may require weekend work. Applicants with prior floor care experience and reliability are encouraged to apply.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Tech Lead to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.

Pay Rate: $23.00-$23.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: 32-40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 3:30am. Please keep in mind this a base schedule that may flucate based on the work load and needs of our customer. Weekend work may be required but will be scheduled in advance.
