ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a reliable Floor Tech Lead to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors at our Boise facility.

The role requires leadership in cleaning operations, coordinating night shifts, and adapting to workload with a base schedule of 32–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 5:00pm–3:30am. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Tech Lead to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.

Pay Rate: $26.00 -$28.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: 32-40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 3:30am. Please keep in mind this a base schedule that may vary some based on the workload and needs of our customer. Weekend work may be required at times but will be scheduled in advance.
