Bellingham West Chester is seeking a hospitality-focused Floor Tech Housekeeping Associate to join our team in West Chester, PA. The role focuses on daily floor cleaning across the community and may assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed.

The position is full-time with potential late evenings and rotating weekends. Compensation is $17/hour, with a benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
• Experience with professional floor cleaning machines.
• Previous housekeeping experience in hotel or senior living communities preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Bellingham West Chester is recruiting for a hospitality focused Floor Tech Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is mainly responsible for daily floor cleaning throughout the community., as well as assisting with general housekeeping and laundry functions when needed.

Schedule: Full-time opportunity with possible late evenings; rotating weekends required

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions, specifically cleaning and maintaining all common area floors and hallway floors to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
