Job summary

Bellingham West Chester is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Floor Tech Housekeeping Associate. This full-time position is responsible for daily floor cleaning throughout the community and may assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed.

Schedule includes potential late evenings with rotating weekends; salary is $17/hour. Benefits include multiple insurances, 401k, paid time off, daily pay, and EAP. EEO employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience with professional floor cleaning machines.
• Previous housekeeping experience in hotel or senior living communities preferred.

• Clean and maintain all common area floors and hallway floors to keep environment attractive and comfortable for residents.

Schedule: Full-time opportunity with possible late evenings; rotating weekends required

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions, specifically cleaning and maintaining all common area floors and hallway floors to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
• Experience with professional floor cleaning machines.
• Previous Housekeeping experience in Hotel or Senior Living Communities preferred.
