Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a Floor Technician for a medical facility in Tyler, TX. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining floors, using floor scrubbers and waxing equipment to ensure a safe healthcare environment.

Typical schedule is Monday-Friday plus every other weekend from 3pm-11:30pm. Pay is $15 per hour, with related floor-care duties and support to EVS staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Related experience is required.
• Previous experience buffing, stripping, and waxing floors is required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality cleaning service to create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate industrial floor care machinery, including automated floor scrubbers, buffers, and stripping/waxing machines.
• Strip, wax, buff, and polish hard surfaces.
• Support EVS by wiping down equipment and performing housekeeping duties.
