Advanced Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Floor Technician to keep floors clean and well-maintained in a medical building setting.

The role involves operating floor care equipment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout shifts that may include evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will have floor care or janitorial experience, a valid driver license, knowledge of flooring types, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care or janitorial roles preferred.
• Valid driver license to operate company vehicles.
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with floor care equipment (scrubbers, buffers, wet vacuums).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy equipment and supplies.
