Job summary

Avante Group in Orlando is seeking a Floor Tech to perform daily maintenance duties at our newly renovated Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. You will help keep hallways, common areas and equipment clean, safe and well maintained under the direction of the Facility Services Director.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, can read, write and speak English, and show a positive attitude toward the elderly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school education or equivalency or ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Perform the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current standards to ensure the facility is clean, safe and comfortable.
