Confidence Management Solutions is recruiting experienced Floor Tech for a long term care nursing facility in Deltona, FL. The role involves maintaining all floors across the facility, using floor scrubbing and buffing equipment, and supporting daily environmental services tasks.

The position offers full-time status with day and evening shifts, alternating weekends and holidays, in a healthcare setting at West Volusia Nursing Home, 1851 Elkcam Blvd, Deltona, Florida 32725.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in nursing homes, hospitals, or healthcare environments is a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
