AVANTE AT ORMOND BEACH is seeking a Floor Tech to handle daily maintenance duties in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The role ensures the facility is clean, safe, and comfortable for residents and staff while following applicable standards and directions from leadership.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, can read and understand English, and demonstrate a positive attitude toward the elderly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Must speak and understand English; good communications with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department to keep the facility clean, safe and comfortable.
• Support residents and staff with upkeep tasks consistent with facility standards.
