Job summary

Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning is seeking a Floor Tech Custodian for the Tempe area, with shifts Mon/Fri 5pm-1:30am and a starting hourly rate of $18.00. The role covers cleaning, floor care, and sanitation across multiple locations, with safety procedures strictly followed.

The ideal candidate has floor tech experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 35-50 lbs. You must pass a background check and drug test and be able to communicate in English. Training begins immediately.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and custodial tasks at multiple locations.
• Dust mopping, wet mopping and floor care (scrubbing, waxing, refinishing).
• Sweeping, vacuuming and dusting; sanitize and disinfect surfaces.
• Withdraw and transport waste; stock supplies.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents.

Floor Tech Custodian at Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning

Shift: Mon/Fri - 5pm-1:30am

Hourly Rate: 18.00

Location: Tempe area by Priest and Washington Rd - Route position, requires to go to multiple locations

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Cleaning
• Dust mopping, wet mopping
• Auto scrubbing, propane buffing, stripping/ waxing refinishing
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners
• Dusting
• Polishing
• Sanitizing and Disinfecting
• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners.
• Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies
• Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times

(such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).

Requirements:

• Must have Floor Tech experience.

• Must have OPEN availability, meaning that you are available to work (Including weekends and Holidays)
