Job summary

Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning is seeking a Floor Tech Custodian to support cleaning operations in the Tempe area. The role involves floor care, dust mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and sanitizing across multiple sites. Shifts run Monday and Friday evenings, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time benefits.

Must pass background and drug tests and have reliable transportation. The candidate should be able to lift 35–50 lbs, possess a valid driver’s license, and be available to work

Qualifications

• Must have Floor Tech experience.
• Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must have open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks including dust mopping, wet mopping, scrubbing, waxing, refinishing and polishing.
• Clean floors with brooms, mops, and vacuums; sanitize and disinfect surfaces.
• Stock and replenish supplies; follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Adhere to company routines and maintain a clean, safe environment across multiple locations.
• Meet attendance, punctuality, and reliability expectations.
• Support training and start promptly when scheduled.

Floor Tech Custodian at Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning

Shift: Mon/Fri - 5pm-1:30am

Hourly Rate: 18.00

Location: Tempe area by Priest and Washington Rd - Route position, requires to go to multiple locations

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Cleaning
• Dust mopping, wet mopping
• Auto scrubbing, propane buffing, stripping/ waxing refinishing
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners
• Dusting
• Polishing
• Sanitizing and Disinfecting
• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.

• Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies
• Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times

(such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
