Job summary

Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning in the Tempe area is seeking a Floor Tech Custodian to perform cleaning duties across multiple locations. You will handle dust mopping, wet mopping, auto scrubbing, waxing refinishing, sanitizing, and floor care while following safety policies.

Candidates must have floor tech experience, be able to lift 35-50 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, pass drug and background checks, and be available on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have Floor Tech experience.
• Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have OPEN availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read and comprehend chemical and safety information.
• Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
• Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and dust mopping, wet mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors.
• Auto scrubbing, propane buffing, stripping and waxing refinishing.
• Stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Follow safety policies and use proper chemicals.

Floor Tech Custodian at Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning

Shift: Mon/Fri - 5pm-1:30am

Hourly Rate: 18.00

Location: Tempe area by Priest and Washington Rd - Route position, requires to go to multiple locations

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Cleaning
• Dust mopping, wet mopping
• Auto scrubbing, propane buffing, stripping/ waxing refinishing
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners
• Dusting
• Polishing
• Sanitizing and Disinfecting
• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners.
• Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies
• Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times

(such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
