Heritage Village of Waterville is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents. You will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, supporting a high standard of cleanliness in daily operations.

Starting pay rate is $13.50 per hour. The schedule typically includes five 8-hour shifts per week with every other weekend rotation; flexible options include part-time, PRN, and Weekend Warrior roles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Assist in the organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Starting pay rate for the position is $13.50 an hour

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.
