Responsibilities

• Keeping utility and storage rooms clean and organized.
• Washing beds and mattresses as scheduled.
• Changing bed linens weekly where applicable.
• Replacing soiled drapes as needed.
• Disinfecting and sterilizing equipment and supplies.
• Vacuuming rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Cleaning and maintaining upholstered furniture.
• Dusting furniture and equipment.
• Washing walls, ceilings, floors, woodwork, and countertops.
• Cleaning windows, door panels, and window sills.
• Emptying wastebaskets and cleaning trash receptacles.
• Transporting trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
• Cleaning Resident rooms to maintain a welcoming living environment.
• Cleaning public areas including offices, wellness areas, lounges, restrooms, country kitchens, spas and tubs, laundry rooms.
• Cleaning light fixtures and replacing bulbs as needed.
• Performing detailed cleaning of Resident rooms, staff areas, and dining rooms.
• Restocking paper towels, toilet tissue, soap dispensers, and linen closets.

Position Details

Location: Willow Valley Communities - The Glen or The Manor

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule Options:

• Option 1: Part-Time (Healthcare)
  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Schedule could vary depending on department needs

• Option 2: Full-Time (Non-Healthcare)
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
