Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Janitorial Floor Tech in Greensboro, NC for a part-time evening role from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM (20 hours per week). This opportunity offers steady hours and a chance to earn extra cash while supporting a trusted facility services team.

Responsibilities include stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining hard floors with side-side buffers and related equipment. You will also operate carpet cleaning gear and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

What You'll Do As a Janitorial Floor Tech on our team, you maintain pristine floor finishes across our client's facility! Your daily floor technician routine brings structure to your evening shift as your tasks include:

Stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining hard surface floors using side-side buffers and specialized equipment.

Executing general floor care specialist and cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring To The Team

Minimum 1 year of floor technician or specialized floor care experience required.

Proven skill in operating side-side buffers, auto-scrubbers, and carpet cleaning equipment.

Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
