Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions in Greenville, SC is seeking a Floor Care Manager to lead our floor care team with a “Whatever It Takes” attitude in delivering high-quality service.

The position requires at least 3 years of floor care experience and a valid driver''s license with a clean driving record; you will train staff, supervise operations, and coordinate scheduling. Travel is required, with per diem when traveling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of floor care experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to train staff on proper floor cleaning techniques.
• Mobility and balance to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and carry 10-15 lbs for at least one hour.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or lead a small team.
• Willingness to travel between job sites and exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, different substrates, and window cleaning
• Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment inside warehouse; report worn or broken equipment promptly.
• Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition.
• Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work.
• Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed.
• Schedule reoccurring jobs and create schedule for floor techs.
• Train floor techs when needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

$48,000-55,000 annual salary

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Day Shift
• Weekend availability
• Travel is required
• Overnight stays

Essential Functions:

• Flexible schedule-may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs
