Job summary

Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain and improve floor aesthetics while ensuring resident and staff safety. The role includes dusting, wet mopping, buffing, stripping and waxing floors, and light baseboard maintenance.

Candidates should be able to bend, lift, and work independently under supervision, and demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift, kneel, etc.
• Able to work independently, but under supervisor's review.
• Must be able to work well with others, be reliable and have a pleasant attitude.
• Must be able to pass background screening

Floor Tech Working hours 8am - 3pm

Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Centeris looking to fill the position ofFloor Tech.

TheFloor Technicianis rresponsible for the maintenance and attractiveness of floors, while accommodating the needs and safety of residents, staff and visitors.

Duties include:

• Dust and wet mopping

• Buffing, Stripping, and Waxing of floors

• Cleaning baseboards (and other light maintenance).

Must also meet the following requirements:

• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift, kneel, etc.

• Able to work independently, without direct supervision, but under a supervisor's review.

• Must be able to work well with others, be reliable and have a pleasant attitude.

• Must be able to pass background screening
