The Oaks Post Acute in Orangeburg, SC, is hiring a Floor Tech (Maintenance) to keep floors clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and staff. The role focuses on floor care, cleaning, and adherence to safety protocols in a 122-bed skilled nursing facility.
We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with every other weekend, and pay at $12 per hour. A high school diploma is preferred, and previous healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus.

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position ensures that all areas of the facility are free of obstacles, odors, and debris, contributing to the overall health and comfort of those in our care.
This position has no supervisory requirements.
Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals and directions.
Basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and Division.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
