Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking staff to ensure cleanliness in various buildings. Responsibilities include floor care, using equipment like buffers and scrubbers, and adhering to safety protocols.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience. Candidates must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license. The work environment involves exposure to dust and noise.
Salary: $19.50 per hour. The basic job requirements, duties, and responsibilities are designed to keep building(s) neat and clean at all times. Staff will perform necessary work to maintain optimal cleanliness across all buildings and worksites serviced by FlagShip Facility Services, Inc.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in commercial facilities and building maintenance.
Small‑to‑large office environment with safety glasses required during certain tasks. Fast‑paced office setting with moderate noise. Exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise, combining normal office and shop environments.
Must pass a criminal background check. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle tools, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must stand, walk, and sit for long periods and may lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds of equipment. Requires good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception) and the ability to adjust focus. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, reasonable accommodations may be made.
