Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Mentor, Ohio is seeking a dependable Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. This role helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Schedule is full-time, 9:30am–6pm, with an every‑other weekend rotation. You will perform floor care duties, operate floor care equipment safely, and support general housekeeping while following infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or commercial settings preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and polishing floors.
• Maintain carpets through vacuuming, spot cleaning, and extraction as needed.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.

• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free.
