Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a dependable Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. You will maintain hard floors and carpets, operate floor care equipment, and help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and staff.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Training is available for the right candidate with a healthcare setting interest; weekends may be included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred, but training provided.
• Healthcare or long-term care setting experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate floor care equipment.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hard floors and carpets throughout the facility.
• Operate buffers, burnishers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
• Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors according to standards.
• Complete routine and deep cleaning of floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist the housekeeping team to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns promptly.

CareCore at Westmoreland is looking for a dependable and motivated Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team! If you take pride in keeping floors looking their best and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 5 days per week, including weekends
• Every 3rd weekend off each month

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hard floors and carpets throughout the facility.
• Operate floor care equipment including buffers, burnishers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
• Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors according to facility standards.
• Complete routine and deep cleaning of floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist the housekeeping team as needed to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns promptly.
