Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Laredo in Laredo, TX, is seeking a Floor Care Maintenance professional to buff, strip, and wax patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, hallways and offices.

The role supports a hospital environment and contributes to high standards of cleanliness and patient well-being. Prior housekeeping/floor care experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
Two years of experience in Housekeeping/Floor Care preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform floor maintenance, including buffing, stripping, and waxing of patient areas, restrooms, and hallways.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of assigned areas in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma/GED preferred
Ability to read, write, and to follow written and oral instructions in English.
Experience with basic arithmetic in order to maintain necessry linen count.
Two years of experience in the Housekeeping/Floor Care field preferred.
