Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Maryland is seeking a Floor Technician to safely perform floor care tasks such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and routine cleaning. You will follow standards, use proper PPE, and work with a team to meet daily targets.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, communicate clearly, and maintain a clean work area. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 1:30am with a hourly pay of $17.25 to $18.25.

Qualifications

• No education requirement.
• 6 mo–1 year experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license and safety training certification.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work with team to complete assignments and fill in during staff shortages.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, and brick.
• Utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment safely.
