Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks: waxing, stripping, buffing, and cleaning tile, carpet, and brick floors.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures; report hazards.
• Operate and maintain motorized cleaning equipment and use PPE as required.
• Maintain clean work area and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Provide professional interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.

Title:Floor TechnicianJob Description:Job OverviewThe Floor Technician will be responsible for safely performing assigned floor care functions based on standards and procedures, performs environmental services as needed, and performs floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and other contractual duties according to regulations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
