Job summary

The Budd Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Floor Technician for a full-time night shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). This role keeps client facilities clean and safe, performing floor treatments on-site and contributing to a well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities include stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing floors, plus operating industrial floor care equipment and general cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a floor technician or in professional floor care.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Willingness to work the night shift (Sunday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, buff, and refinishing of hard floors.
• Safely operate various types of advanced industrial floor care equipment.
• Handle general floor maintenance and other cleaning duties as assigned.
