Job summary

The Budd Group is hiring a Janitorial Floor Tech to maintain and restore floor surfaces at North Greenville University in Tigerville, SC. This on-site role supports our floor care program and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with 1+ year of floor care experience.

The schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Earn $18.00-$19.00 per hour depending on experience, with benefits including medical/dental/vision options, 401(k) match, pay on demand, and growth opportunities through

What You’ll Do

As a Janitorial Floor Tech, you will keep our facility floors looking their absolute best. Your primary duties as a Floor Care Technician and Commercial Floor Tech include:

• Stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing various floor surfaces.
• Operating specialized floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Completing general janitorial cleaning duties as assigned by the Account Manager and Supervisor.

What You Bring to the Team

• 1 year of experience as a Janitorial Floor Tech or in general floor maintenance.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
