Job summary

The Budd Group seeks a Flex Janitor to maintain clean, safe facilities across Winston-Salem and nearby towns. This on-site, full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with weekends off and pay at $13.00/hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning male locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming, sanitary environment. Training is provided, with benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off where offered.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to pass background and drug screenings as required.

What You Bring To The Team

• Previous experience as a janitor, custodian, or cleaner is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling physical routine cleaning tasks during daytime shift hours.
