Job summary

CareCore at Meadows is seeking a Floor Technician to support our Environmental Services team. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe floors and a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The successful candidate will perform stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning, operate floor care equipment safely, and follow infection control procedures. Healthcare facility experience is a plus, with dependability and teamwork as key assets.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor cleaning equipment, chemicals, and proper floor care techniques preferred.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
