Ardent Health Services in Amarillo, TX is seeking an evening-shift, full-time Environmental Services Floor Technician to maintain floors across patient care areas. You will perform cleaning, stripping, waxing, buffing, and other floor maintenance tasks to uphold hygiene standards in a healthcare setting.

The role requires at least 6 months of experience in environmental cleaning, familiarity with infection control protocols, and the ability to work in a hospital environment.

Formación

• 6 months' experience in environmental cleaning or janitorial work.
• Infection control cleaning protocols knowledge strongly preferred.
• Terminal room cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo, strip, wax, buff and burnish floors.
• Maintain stairwells and carpet care as needed.

Responsibilities

Floor technician provides floor maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing on hard surface, bonneting, and extracting carpets; including but not limited to stairwells.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• 6 months' experience.

Preferred Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with infection control cleaning protocols and terminal room cleaning strongly.
