The George Sportsmen's Lounge in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Front of House Supervisor to ensure premier guest service and smooth dining operations. You will support management and coordinate front staff to meet service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating, answering calls, delivering meals, promoting the venue, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with events. Fluent English required and health/alcohol/non-gaming certifications are necessary.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Previous Front of House supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate staff and address service issues professionally.
  • Valid Health Card and issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM/ACT) or equivalent.
  • LVMPD Non-Gaming/Sheriff’s Card (Must have).
  • Basic math and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift and clean during shifts.
  • Must communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

Job DetailsJob Location: Las Vegas, NV 89148Job Summary: Responsible for implementing policies and procedures set by corporate to ensure an effective operation and service. This position is crucial in supporting Management, Front of House and Back of House positions in a variety of tasks to capitalize on business levels.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.
  • Actively promote the venue by engaging every guest and potential guest with in your immediate reach
  • Efficiently assist greeters in seating guests following the service sequence standards
  • Answer telephone calls properly and directing the call to the appropriate party when necessary.
  • Run food to tables throughout the restaurant announcing each item as delivered.
  • Actively market FINE ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest’s personal information for the marketing database.
  • Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District.
  • Maintain effective communication with Operations Managers with staff issues or maintenance issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the venue.
  • Assist staff in any areas needed to ensure proper service standards are met.
  • Assist Management in set up and execution of any large party events.
  • Adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Previous experience as a Front of House employee in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be able to motivate and identify problems in service issues in a professional manner.
  • Must possess a valid Health Card and issued by the Southern Nevada Heath District.
  • Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card. (TAM, ACT, or other qualifying card)
  • Must possess a valid Non-Gaming card issued by the LVMPD. (Sheriff’s Card)
  • Must have basic math and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout shift.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
