DoubleTree by Hilton El Paso Downtown is seeking a dependable, hands-on Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to support daily housekeeping operations. You will supervise room attendants, conduct room inspections, and ensure rooms meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will lead with strong organizational and communication skills, coach a team, and maintain accountability, ensuring timely room readiness and adherence to brand requirements.

Formación

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel guest room cleaning procedures and inspection standards.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members while maintaining accountability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support room attendants to ensure guest rooms are cleaned according to hotel standards and established procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to verify cleanliness, presentation, maintenance, and amenity standards.
• Ensure rooms are properly inspected and released as ready for guest occupancy.
• Identify cleanliness deficiencies and communicate necessary corrections to room attendants, following up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Monitor daily room assignments, cleaning progress, and room status to support timely room availability.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with daily staffing, assignments, training, and department operations.
• Coach and train housekeeping team members on cleaning techniques, inspection standards, safety procedures, and productivity expectations.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged furnishings, missing items, and deficiencies to the appropriate department.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment, reporting shortages or replenishment needs.
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping standards, brand requirements, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Address guest room cleanliness concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and room status updates.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment within housekeeping.
