Receive, process and stock merchandise; handle returns; support daily operations such as utility tasks and customer carry outs, and assist with campus events as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills; able to serve customers and diverse teams.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Comfortable with meeting units-per-hour production standards and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Product replenishment and stock transfer from truck to back-stock receiving area.
• Receive/scan cases with RF device; open cases and stock by department.
• Prepare product to floor-ready standards (folding, labeling, packaging).
• Maintain clean, organized work space; support inventory control and department setup.
• Assist with returns, reprocessing, and disposition of merchandise (including 2nd/3rd quality).
• Audit orders for accuracy and stage for shipping; ensure correct product and contact information.
