• We are hiring immediately for full time FLOOR STOCK SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: Mayo Clinic Saint Mary's - 1216 Second Street South West, Rochester, MN 55905. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; days may vary, with rotating weekends required. 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Overseeing associates responsible for delivering snacks and beverages to patient units in support of patient and nursing needs.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with expiration dates and sanitation standards in patient unit nutrition rooms.
• Managing and supervising inventory control and stock levels in the floor stock area to ensure accurate supply availability.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
