Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years hands‑on manufacturing experience; or a Master’s degree with 1+ year in related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably in battery, semiconductor, or high‑precision industries.
• Hands‑on proficiency in process monitoring and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SPC, control charting, and data‑driven process monitoring.

Responsibilities

• On‑floor engineering resource for Gen 1 line tools and stations; ensure equipment runs within specification and targets are met.
• Analyze production data to identify yield loss patterns and implement practical floor‑level controls.
• Lead RCAs and CAPAs on the production floor; document SOPs and change controls; collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline data collection and monitoring; improve throughput and reliability.
