Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi LPN or RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise Nursing Assistants and document care.
• Experience reviewing and following resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
• Reviews care plans and documents resident medical records.
• Supervises Nursing Assistants and adjusts assignments as needed.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments.
• Consults with physicians and receives/records orders.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care provided.
