Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in Ohio
- CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent)
- One year of long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions and responses
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams
- Participate in care planning and assessments
- Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance
