Job summary

Great American Steakhouse in El Paso is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily dining room operations, lead servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders, and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.

You will coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, manage staff schedules, monitor service standards, respond to guest feedback, and drive smooth table turns while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects our heritage since 1977.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading front-of-house teams.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and daily floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure attentive service throughout visits.
• Lead FOH team and mentor staff; enforce grooming and safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar for coordinated service and timely delivery.
• Create staff schedules, monitor inventory, and generate shift reports.
