Salary: $23.00 - $27.00/hour ($18.00 - $20.00/hour + tips which average an additional $5-$7/hour)

• Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and cost controls
• Monitor workflow, staffing deployment, and pace during peak hours
• Promote specials, drive upselling, and maintain strong product knowledge
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
