Elephants Delicatessen in Oregon is seeking a dynamic Floor Manager to lead from the front, maintaining an active floor presence and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will foster a culture where guests and team members thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with consistent floor presence and hands-on support
• Oversee daily service execution to ensure exceptional guest experience
• Cross-train across all restaurant roles and step in as needed to support operations
• Coach and develop team members in real time, ensuring thorough and efficient documentation processes
• Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and cost controls
• Monitor workflow, staffing deployment, and pace during peak hours
• Promote specials, drive upselling, and maintain strong product knowledge
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

Salary:

$23.00 - $27.00/hour ($18.00 - $20.00/hour + tips which average an additional $5-$7/hour)

FLSA Status:

Hourly Non-Exempt

Schedule:

Full Time Hours - Flexible availability including weekends is a must!

Required:

Current Oregon Food Handler's Card

Current OLCC permit
