H&M in Skokie, IL is looking for a Floor Manager to lead a team and create exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will drive service excellence, share product knowledge, and ensure operations align with brand standards across the store.

You will analyze sales data, mentor Sales Advisors, assist in recruitment and onboarding, and step in as Store Manager when needed to maintain continuity and performance. This role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of store operations & standards frompreviousexperience working in retail, preferably within a fashion environment
• Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy engaging withcustomersand lead by example inprioritizingtheir needstodelivergreatservice.
• Product Passion: You have a genuine interest in the products we offer and love sharing that enthusiasm with customers.

Additional Information

• This is a full-timeposition with a contract of 32-40hours a week

Compensation: $26.60-$30.00
