Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

LoLa 42 in Boston’s vibrant Seaport District is currently seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our energetic and fast-paced team. As part of a respected New England restaurant group, LoLa 42 offers a unique opportunity to grow your hospitality career in a dynamic, high-volume environment known for globally inspired cuisine and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Lead, support, and motivate frontofhouse staff during shifts
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure service standards are met
• Collaborate with management on staff training, shift planning, and team development
• Assist with opening and closing duties in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a highvolume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
• Wellorganized, detailoriented, and confident in fastpaced settings
• Experience with POS systems and frontofhouse technology
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
