Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd, on behalf of a premier Aspen hospitality venue, seeks an experienced Floor Manager to support the General Manager across a multifaceted operation including a premium supper club, après-ski experience and nightclub environment.

The successful candidate will lead from the floor, deliver outstanding service standards and help build a structured, high-performing front-of-house team while maintaining guest experiences of the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Proven Floor Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar experience in high-end hospitality.
• Strong background in high-volume restaurants, supper clubs, nightlife or entertainment.
• Bottle service and nightclub experience highly preferred.
• Experience with premium restaurant/entertainment concepts is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leader with excellent floor presence.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Aspen or mountain experience not required; relocation candidates considered.
• Degree is not required; relevant hospitality experience is the priority.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue.
• Lead front-of-house service and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure SOPs and operational procedures are consistently followed.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Support ownership and senior management in delivering operational objectives.
• Help maintain a positive, accountable and team-oriented culture.

Position Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a high-end hospitality and entertainment venue in Aspen for an experienced Floor Manager to support the General Manager across a multifaceted operation combining a premium supper club, après-ski experience and nightclub environment.
