Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a General Manager for a premium hospitality venue in Aspen, overseeing a multifaceted operation combining a supper club, après-ski, and nightclub experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires establishing SOPs, policies, and standards across the business.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 25–50, maintain premium guest experience, and collaborate with ownership on strategy and business development. Degree not required; relocation considered.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager or senior operations experience in high-end hospitality.
• Experience leading teams in premium venues with complex operations.
• Strong ability to build systems, SOPs and maintain premium guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across restaurant, après-ski and nightlife activations.
• Develop and implement SOPs, policies and operational systems.
• Build structure and accountability across the operation.
• Recruit, train, and lead a 25–50 person team.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experience.
• Collaborate with ownership on strategy and business development.
• Manage high-volume service while preserving premium guest experience.
• Oversee scheduling, labor and operational performance.
• Foster a transparent, collaborative management culture.
• Manage relationships with hotel and external partners.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
