Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a motivated team member for part-time floor maintenance in client facilities. You will focus on hard surface and carpet care, following a schedule and learning our proven processes.

No janitorial experience is required — we train you. Benefits include daily pay options, medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, paid vacation, and strong growth opportunities within a company known for culture and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No janitorial experience required; we train you in our best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.

The responsibilities include: Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery; ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and promote a safe work environment.
