Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a part-time floor care team member to maintain floors in client buildings. You will follow a schedule, operate floor machinery, and help ensure a safe, clean environment. Training is provided with no prior floor care experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No janitorial experience required; training provided.

Job Description

The responsibilities include: Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery; ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and promote a safe work environment.
