Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Floor Maintenance Technician (Special Services) for a full-time evening shift (5:00 PM–2:00 AM) with weekend rotations. You will maintain floors in client buildings, operate floor machinery, and follow a schedule to ensure timely completion while upholding safety standards.

No prior janitorial experience is required; we train you in our proven processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE as required by OSHA.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings.
• Complete floor care tasks on schedule and operate floor machinery.
• Promote a safe work environment.

Job Description

The responsibilities include: overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery; ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and promote a safe work environment.
