Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Victoria, TX, is hiring a Floor Maintenance Technician to perform routine care of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $14.50 and shifts from 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Some floor care experience is helpful, and we provide training on our proven processes. You’ll be joining an organization that emphasizes a supportive culture, safety, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Valid Driver's License
