A leading janitorial service provider is seeking a Floor Maintenance Technician (Per Diem Project) to maintain carpets and hard surfaces in various client buildings. This part-time role offers evening shifts with training and growth opportunities. No prior janitorial experience is necessary as training is provided. Reliable transportation is required. Qualifications

Floor Maintenance Technician (Per Diem Project) – Janitorial

On call position – Evenings 5pm-10pm.

Hourly: $20.00

The responsibilities include: overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery; ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and promote a safe work environment.
