Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, buffing, and refinishing of floors in various areas
• Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain records of activities and report issues
• Follow infection control policies
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and guests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous floor care experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks
• Must be able to work around cleaning products and comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Residency within the service area is required
