Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required, preferably in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations on the floor during rush periods to maintain service pace and quality.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members with hands-on, side-by-side supervision.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards; execute company policies and systems.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction; manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security.
